Trauma Therapy For Relief You Can Feel.

Offering ketamine-assisted therapy, EMDR and somatic therapy in Seattle so you can live a more connected and embodied life.

Our Philosophy

We believe that resilience is the life-affirming silver lining of trauma. Accessing this resilience is an invitation to waking up.

Our Services & Modalities

Trauma can show up as nearly any form of stress held in the nervous system, from autoimmune conditions and chronic pain to anxiety, depression and substance abuse.

About Sona Collective

We get it, you’ve tried everything.

At Sona Collective, we’re interrupting the Western medical model of diagnosing and labeling clients and, instead, we will meet you where you’re at with embodied support so you can live a fully integrated life.

We blend practices from the East and West, neuroscience with spirituality, and movement with introspection. Our work together will focus on integrating all parts of you—body, mind, and soul—to build healthier relationships, improve your self-esteem, learn to relate differently to anxiety and depression, reconnect with purpose and meaning, and come home to your body.

We believe in the healing power of embodiment to recover from the hurt you’ve experienced.

Your body holds the wisdom to heal.

Kind Words from Clients

  • "I have been going to therapy for over 20 years and have experienced the most healing since working with Kirsten. I am finally able to do the hard work of healing my childhood trauma through the EMDR sessions Kirsten provides which is finally helping to free me as an adult. I am incredibly appreciative of the support from Kirsten. "

    - I.V.

  • "Kirsten embodies the ideal clinician. She blends Eastern and Western clinical practices in a way that helps clients heal beyond the limitations of the traditional mental health system in the U.S. She practices with integrity and steadfast dedication to improving the mental health field. I love referring clients to her practice for a non-traditional yet evidence-based approach to healing."

    — Julie Goldberg, MA, LPC, LAC

  • "I've had a great experience working with Kirsten over the past couple of years. Kirsten has a warm and welcoming demeanor that creates a safe and non-judgmental space for healing. She has helped me develop useful coping skills, get more in touch with my mind and body connection, and reprocess old memories through EMDR. In our work, Kirsten has helped me navigate significant life challenges including breakups, job loss, getting sober, the death of a parent, and more. Working with Kirsten has helped me understand myself on a deeper level and become a better version of myself."

    - Anonymous Client

  • "Kirsten is an incredibly skilled therapist and one of the most grounded humans I know. The way that she combines extensive experience, relevant education, and innate wisdom provides uniquely powerful healing for her clients for whom she cares very deeply."

    —Sophie Schauermann, MSW, LCSW

  • "Before seeing Kirsten I had never experienced somatic therapy support and can't say enough wonderful things about Kirsten's approach. I feel like for the first time I have deepened my understanding of myself and how emotions come up in my body and how to actually sit with them. I would encourage anyone to see Kirsten if you are interested in truly exploring how you show up in the world and how to be the best version of yourself."

    — C.R.

  • "I am tremendously grateful to have found Kirsten for therapy and counseling. I have seen a handful of other practitioners over the last 10 years and was almost ready to give up on the search. I finally have found someone I can connect with, trust, and know I am being seen. Even beyond this, for the first time in my history of therapy, I have now been given concrete tools and methods to cope with and heal my mental health struggles. Since beginning my sessions with Kirsten, I have reached a turning point and now find myself feeling better than I have in years. I truly would recommend her to anyone, may they be new or used to therapy."

    — T.M.

  • "Kirsten is exceptional to work with and a wonderful person. I came to her as my prior therapist was leaving. She helped my healing process significantly when I was stuck and knows how to push you in your process to be the best version of you. Kirsten has helped me process many past traumas through EMDR and other forms of therapy and I would not have made the progress I have made without her."

    — M.M.

  • "Kirsten is incredibly warm, understanding, and effective. She has been an immensely helpful ally."

    — G.O.

We’re Hiring

Sona Collective is a body-centered and mindfulness-based therapy practice specializing in ketamine-assisted therapy, EMDR, and somatic approaches for adults who’ve “tried everything” but still feel stuck. We believe trauma lives in the body, and healing requires working with the whole nervous system, which can't be accomplished in just talk therapy.

Our practice values depth over volume, transformation over symptom management, and sustainability over burnout. We serve therapy-informed clients seeking genuine change from treatment-resistant depression, complex trauma, burnout and relational patterns that haven't shifted through traditional approaches.
