    $780/3-hour ketamine session

  • Yes! We use a service called Thrizer to verify your out-of-network benefits before you start therapy. Simply enter your insurance information here, and Thrizer will provide a detailed breakdown of your coverage, including your deductible, out-of-network reimbursement rate, and estimated out-of-pocket costs.

    This helps you understand exactly what your insurance will cover before your first session, so there are no surprises.

  • We’ll start with a complimentary consultation to discuss what brings you to therapy and determine if we’re a good fit. We'll explore your current concerns and goals.

    In our intake session, together, we'll create a personalized treatment plan and discuss which modalities (ketamine therapy, EMDR, somatic therapy, or a combination) will best support your healing journey.

  • Therapy length varies based on your individual needs and goals. Some clients find relief in a few months, while complex trauma may take longer when doing traditional EMDR and somatic therapy sessions. Ketamine-assisted therapy typically involves an initial series of 3-6 sessions combined with preparation and integration work, while ongoing EMDR and somatic therapy continues as long as it feels beneficial for your healing journey.

  • We specialize in ketamine-assisted therapy, EMDR, couples therapy and somatic therapy for trauma, PTSD, treatment-resistant depression, and anxiety. Our approach is body-centered and nervous system-informed, working with adults who are seeking genuine transformation rather than just symptom management.

  • Our telehealth sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform that we'll send you a link to before your first appointment.

    We use the same link for every telehealth session, so you can keep this bookmarked for future sessions. Simply click the link at your scheduled time from a private, quiet space where you feel comfortable, and we'll meet you there for your session.

    All you need is a reliable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone; no downloads or special software required.

  • We’re an out-of-network provider, which means we do not bill your insurance company directly, but can provide a receipt for the sessions you paid for, called a Superbill, upon request. You can submit this to your insurance provider for any out-of-network benefits you may have, and they may issue a reimbursement check. We recommend contacting your insurance company before beginning therapy to find out what your out-of-network benefits are.

  • For EMDR and somatic therapy sessions, we ask for at least 48 hours’ advance notice to cancel or reschedule.

    We request 5 days’ advance notice for 180-minute ketamine sessions.

    In the event of a no-show or late cancelation, we will charge the full amount of a canceled 50-minute session, and half the full amount in the case of a canceled 180-minute ketamine session.

  • We accept credit, debit, and HSA cards. Please provide your payment information in our secure client portal before our intake so we can charge you upon completion of our session. We will provide an invoice each time a payment is processed, and we are happy to provide a Superbill upon request.

  • Your first session is a 60-minute intake where we’ll explore your history, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. This structured session helps us understand where you’ve been and create a direction for our work together. We encourage you to schedule self-care time afterward, as sharing your story can feel vulnerable.

  • Healing doesn't pause between appointments. While we're unable to provide crisis support or extensive communication between sessions, you're welcome to send brief check-ins or questions via email, and we'll respond within 1-2 business days, acknowledging receipt of the message and taking note to include this in our next session.

    We're also happy to provide resources, homework, and tools for you to engage with between sessions.
