About Us

Sona Collective is a body-centered and mindfulness-based therapy practice specializing in ketamine-assisted therapy, EMDR, and somatic approaches for adults who’ve “tried everything” but still feel stuck. We believe trauma lives in the body, and healing requires working with the whole nervous system, which can't be accomplished in just talk therapy.

Our practice values depth over volume, transformation over symptom management, and sustainability over burnout. We serve therapy-informed clients seeking genuine change from treatment-resistant depression, complex trauma, burnout, and relational patterns that haven't shifted through traditional approaches.

What We’re Looking For

Requirements:

  • Licensed in Washington State (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist)

  • EMDR trained and/or certified (or working towards certification)

  • Experience with somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, and body-centered modalities

  • Passion for complex trauma work

  • Aligned with non-pathologizing, trauma-informed practices

Bonus:

  • IFS training

  • Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi, or other body-centered approaches

  • Interest and/or experience in ketamine-assisted therapy

What We Offer

Compensation:

  • Revenue share: 50-60% of session revenue

  • At full caseload (16-18 clients/week): $9,600-10,800/month gross ($115,200-129,600/year)*

  • 1099 contractor (with transition to W-2 possible in the future)

  • Flexible scheduling

Support:

  • Monthly case consultation with EMDR-certified, ketamine-trained founder

  • Ketamine therapy training opportunities

  • Beautiful Queen Anne office space

  • Marketing and administrative support

  • Referrals from established practice

Culture:

  • Practice trauma therapy the way it's meant to be practiced: slowly and somatically

  • Sustainable caseloads, flexible scheduling, and respect for your capacity

  • Work with clients genuinely committed to transformation

  • Clinical excellence and continued learning are valued

*You will work up to a full caseload over time

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

  • Value embodied healing over insight-only approaches

  • Want depth, not high-volume caseloads

  • Believe in transformation, not just symptom management

  • Approach clients with compassion rather than pathology

  • Want autonomy within a supportive structure
